I have never purchased a gun online, what do I need to do?

Don’t worry, we will make sure this process is as easy for you as possible. Simply select the firearm you would like to purchase and pay for the item online. Next, you will need to select a Federal Firearm Dealer (FFL) aka – gun store or gun range where you would like us to ship the firearm. We will contact them to get a copy of the FFL certificate on file after which we will ship your item. They will notify you when your firearm is ready to be picked up and you will complete ATF Form 4473 at their facility and pay them a transfer fee (they set that rate so make sure to ask prior to shipping). If any of this doesn’t make sense, do not worry, just call us at (888)736-6587.

Are there any age restrictions for firearms?

Yes, you must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun or ammunition.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Nope, feel free to order anything you want in any quantity you want.


What major credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When you fill out the payment information on your order you will need to provide the complete credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person the card is issued to.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

If your package is shipped outside the State of Arizona you will not have to pay any sales tax. If your package is shipping within Arizona, you will have to pay Arizona sales tax.

Do you accept PayPal or wire transfers?

We currently do not accept PayPal, if you want to wire funds to our bank, please call us so we can set this up for you.


I've already placed my order on the web but need to change something or add another item, may I do that?

Of course! As long as the item hasn’t shipped. Please contact us [email protected], or call us at (888)736-6587 for assistance.

I just submitted my web order and I have not received an email confirmation yet.

Emails are generated after web orders have been downloaded and processed. You should receive an order confirmation email when the order is placed. First, check your Spam or Junk Folder, if all else fails, email us at [email protected] or call us at (888)736-6587.


How long will my order take to get to me?

Fedex Ground and Home Delivery time normally range from 2-5 business days. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours excluding holiday and peak business times.

May I have my order shipped to a different address other than my own?

Yes. If the different shipping address is a one-time address only, simply enter the complete name, street address, city, state, and zip code during the Checkout process.
One exception: The exception applies to items requiring an FFL. Those items must be shipped to the address on the FFL.

Will my back order be shipped by the same shipping method as my original order?

Back orders are usually shipped by our Standard method unless requested differently.


What if I am not satisfied with a product I have received from you?

You may return any product as long as it has not been used/worn in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

What shipping carrier should I use when shipping a return back to True Shot Gun Club?

We prefer FedEx, but feel free to use any company you wish that allows ammunition shipping. We recommend that you add adequate insurance to cover any items you are returning to us.

May I return a special order item?

No, all sales are final on special order items.

Do I need a return authorization number to return a product?

No, we keep it simple. All you need to do is fill out the Return Merchandise Form along with a copy of the order and mail the merchandise back to:

I received an incorrect item in my order. Do I pay the return shipping cost?

If an item was sent to you in error by True Shot Gun Club, we will reimburse you for return shipping. If True Shot Gun Club sent the correct item but you find out it’s not what you need, return shipping is your responsibility.


Do I need to include my credit card number on my return merchandise form?


The item I wish to return was purchased on my debit card. Do you credit my debit card or will you issue me a refund check?

We will apply the amount back to your debit card.

Will True Shot Gun Club issue credit to the same credit card used on the original order or can I have the credit issued to a different credit card?

All credit must be applied to the same credit card that it was originally charged on.

Can I get credit on my account instead of a refund when I return merchandise?

No. We do not hold credit on return merchandise. You will be issued a refund check or credit will be applied to the credit card which was originally billed.


How safe is my credit card and personal information on your website?

We want to make sure your personal information is safe and secure. To that end we safeguard sensitive information, like your credit card by using encrypting technology and using a secure gateway to process your credit card. Furthermore, only employees who need your information to complete a specific task will have access to your information. We do not sell your information to any third parties.
